Dr. Courtney F. Holmes is a pastor, chaplain, aspiring author, counselor, and walks in her prophetic calling. She is called to minister with spiritual discernment, biblical authority, and compassion. She carries a prophetic mandate to speak truth, bring clarity, and call God’s people into alignment, healing, and purpose. Her ministry reflects a balance of prophetic insight and pastoral care, grounded firmly in Scripture and accountability.

She holds an extensive academic background, including a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.), Master of Divinity (M.Div.), Master of Social Work (MSW), Master’s in Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, along with three associate degrees. Her education uniquely positions her at the intersection of faith, mental health, leadership, and community restoration.

Dr. Holmes is currently enrolled at Wesleyan University, pursuing a second Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.), and maintains a private practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She also holds credentials as a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), Qualified Clinical Social Worker (QCSW), and Board Certified Chaplain (BCC).

She serves as a Captain (CPT) in the United States Air Force, Alabama Air National Guard, fulfilling the role of Chaplain, where she provides spiritual care, counseling, and leadership support to service members and their families.

She is ordained through the Pentecostal Church of God, Inc; aligned with the Capital District.

Courtney has been married for 17 years to Charles Holmes Jr. She and her husband are the proud parents of four sons: Charles Holmes III(26), Christopher Holmes(21), Caleb Holmes(15), and Chandler Holmes(12). Her roles as a wife and mother ground her ministry in authenticity and lived faith. Charles gave his life to the Lord when he about 23 years old. His testimony is a true testament to God’s unfailing love. All of our children have confessed that their Lord has saved them. Caleb and Chandler both have been baptized. As the visionary behind Regeneration Life Ministries, Inc. Dr. Holmes is committed to creating spaces for restoration, discipleship, and transformation through teaching, counseling, prophetic ministry, workshops, and community outreach. Her ministry reflects her core belief that healing does not begin when the weight is lifted but when it is no longer carried alone.
