Dr. Courtney F. Holmes is a pastor, chaplain, aspiring author, counselor, and walks in her prophetic calling. She is called to minister with spiritual discernment, biblical authority, and compassion. She carries a prophetic mandate to speak truth, bring clarity, and call God’s people into alignment, healing, and purpose. Her ministry reflects a balance of prophetic insight and pastoral care, grounded firmly in Scripture and accountability.

She holds an extensive academic background, including a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.), Master of Divinity (M.Div.), Master of Social Work (MSW), Master in Psychology, and a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice, along with three associate degrees. Her education uniquely positions her at the intersection of faith, mental health, leadership, and community restoration.

Dr. Holmes is currently enrolled at Wesleyan University, pursuing a second Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.), and maintains a private practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She also holds credentials as a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), Qualified Clinical Social Worker (QCSW), and Board-Certified Chaplain (BCC).

She serves as a Chaplain (CH) in the United States Air Force, Air National Guard, as a Captain, where she provides spiritual care, counseling, and leadership support to service members and their families.

She is ordained through the Pentecostal Church of God, Inc; and aligned within the Capital District.

Courtney has been married for 17 years to Charles Holmes Jr. She and her husband are the proud parents of four sons: Charles, Christopher, Caleb, and Chandler. She is a wife, mother, sister, aunt, friend and she wear various hats. She is grounded in her faith and in authenticity and is is demonstrated how she lives out her life. Charles gave his life to the Lord when he about 23 years old. His testimony is a true testament to God’s unfailing love. All of our children have confessed that their Lord has saved them. Caleb and Chandler both have been baptized. Look what God is doing in the Holmes Family.

Dr. Holmes is committed to creating spaces for restoration, discipleship, and transformation through teaching, counseling, prophetic ministry, workshops, and community outreach.
